We provide professional event-day coordination for clients who have already planned their celebrations but need a dependable team to manage the final details and oversee the day.
Our role begins during the final 20-30 days before the event. We receive the completed event plan, review the timeline, confirm vendor readiness, clarify responsibilities, and prepare to coordinate the event from setup through closeout.

Olasunbo Bridget Adigwe is the founder of Stratbridge Event Coordination, a service division of Stratbridge Consulting LLC.
She brings experience in operations, team leadership, process improvement, customer and guest experience, service coordination, and hospitality. Throughout her career, she has managed multidisciplinary teams, coordinated complex daily operations, strengthened communication, improved service standards, and created greater structure and accountability across teams.
In healthcare operations, Olasunbo has supported a team of more than 30 professionals and overseen operations serving over 2,500 monthly appointments. This experience strengthened her ability to manage multiple priorities, communicate with different stakeholders, respond calmly to unexpected situations, and keep people and processes working together.
Her background in business analysis and Agile/Scrum also gives her a process-driven approach to reviewing plans, identifying possible gaps, clarifying responsibilities, and coordinating successful execution.
Olasunbo holds an Associate Degree in Hospitality, Leisure, and Tourism, where she developed foundational knowledge in hospitality, guest experience, service coordination, and event operations. Her education, operational experience, and long-standing interest in events inspired the creation of Stratbridge Event Coordination.
Through Stratbridge, she helps clients and event planners protect their carefully prepared plans by providing calm, organized, and professional event-day coordination.
Her goal is simple: to manage the moving parts behind each event so clients, families, and planners can remain present and enjoy the celebration.
